AMOU and MUA win salary decision at Port Kembla

The AMOU presented a case in a consent arbitration before Vice President Watson of Fair Work Australia on behalf of the Professional/Admin/Technical and Maritime staff of the Port Kembla Port Corporation.

The PKPC argued that the NSW Governments wages policy should apply and therefore a 2.5% annual salary increase should be inserted into the 'Port Kembla Port Corporation Enterprise Agreement 2011-2014'.

The AMOU was successful in achieving a 4% annual salary increase.
